Up for sale is heavy-duty pallet tool for disassembling or breaking pallets apart. Can dis-assembly a pallet in approximately within 5 minutes with this tool. New American Steel was used in the manufacturing process. Each one is handmade so there may be slight differences, from the one in the pictures. The 3/4 inch round rod (1018) cold rolled rod.
The gap between the prongs is approx. 2 1/2 inch wide. And NO bed frame angle iron or scrap iron here, all new American steel.
Welded with 7018 stick weld for strength. Most welding codes requires stick welding on cold rolled (1018) steel. You won't hear or see a structural or pipe welder complaining about 7018 rod.
New Weld Nuts are used for the bolt to tighten the handle with a new grade 8 bolt. These ones are designed to be welded so they will not stripe out like the others.
**No Handle is included.** The handle is to 1 inch schedule 40 pipe with or without threads. Just slide in the 1 inch schedule pipe and tighten the bolt. The handle can be purchased at your local hardware store, just black plumbing pipe. The cost to ship a handle would be about the same as one costs in your local hardware store.
Each pallet tool is painted with quality black enamel. Understand the paint will wear off with use, but who doesn't like wearing the paint off a new tool.
As by request now I am offering a non-painted version also.
